By exchanging experience, we enrich our knowledge and skills with our own assets and those of our partners, develop social ties and create an atmosphere in which, thanks to a common goal, a creative approach and an inquisitive mind, new, productive ideas are born.
For two days, the organizers of the Digital Education Centers in Odesa, together with the coordinators of DLC №1, №2 and №3, teachers and directors had the opportunity to communicate and share experience in the creation and organization of the Centers, the implementation of various activities in them and the use of digital educational tools with partners from the largest international organization in Finland engaged in humanitarian activities - Finn Church Aid (FCA).
Our experienced "hosting" coordinators returned the guests to the world of childhood, knowledge and discoveries - sat them at the desks and made them feel like students who visited the Digital Education Center for the first time.
This is how our delegation got to know the activities of the centers and the tasks of DLC (Digital Learning Centers) moderators from the inside. The novelty, innovation, creativity and coaching passion captivated our guests so that they easily mastered all the tasks in 2 days:
- figured out how the Ecosystem of making up for educational losses based on Artificial Intelligence works
- tried to pass laboratory work in physics for the 11th grade with the help of virtual reality glasses
- practiced ordering free tutor consultations through the Uber-school platform
- learned to play in Minecraft Education
- mastered the intricacies of working with a 3D printer and understood its capabilities
- passed the career guidance test and figured out whether they chose that profession
Of course, there were hundreds of questions and answers, and also - a friendly atmosphere, a wonderful warm infusion, an exchange of sincere emotions that motivates to work further.
"What we saw in two days is a demonstration of best practices that coordinators of similar centers in the Kharkiv region can use in their activities. This includes the use of modern digital technologies - computer games, VR glasses, 3D printers in the educational process, professional teamwork, the ability to teach students and transfer knowledge and experience to colleagues, and a powerful charge of energy with which our colleagues will begin their activities in their centers," - says Oleksandr Savka, manager of the Finn Church Aid (FCA) educational project. We advise everyone to try something similar.
Exchange of experience is a catalyst for development, because it is:
1. Personal development, which stimulates self-education, increasing the level of self-esteem, promotes social development and harmony.
2. Increasing the level of competences and professionalism, improving personal skills and teamwork.
3. Development of new ideas and approaches. Innovation and creativity.
4. Finding new opportunities and partnerships, forming support, building strong business ties.
5. Innovative solutions, expanding areas of cooperation, the opportunity to take on new roles, etc.
We sincerely thank the UNICEF for initiating the meeting with colleagues!
